Overview
The My Results list makes frequently used result items readily available for quick addition to the Results Log.
Adding an Item to My Results
There are two ways to add an result to a My Results. You can use Search to add an existing Figwee result item to the list, or you can add to My Results from a Results Log diary entry.
Add Using Search
Search will allow you to look for an result item in the Figwee database to enter into My Results. Call up search by clicking the Add button at the top right of the My Results area.
Search works a little differently for Results items. Since there are only a small number of available choices, calling up Search for Results items simply shows you all available choices without you having to type in any search phrase. Just click on the photo of the results item you wish to add, the Search dialog will close, and the results entry will appear in the My Results list.
Add From the Results Log
You can also add a result item to My Results from the "Results Log". You do this by clicking on the "heart" button next to the result log diary entry.
Removing a My Results Item
To remove an item from My Results, simply click the "X" button for the result you wish to remove. A dialog box will come up asking you to confirm the removal.
Editing a My Results Item
There are two ways to edit a My Results item. First, you can simply rename it (see below). Second, you can edit the item to set the default intensity and duration.
Renaming a My Result Item
You can change the name of any My Results item. To do so, right click on the result you wish to change and select "Rename..." from the context menu. A dialog will display allowing you to change the name of the item. Any future result log diary entry will use the updated name.
Editing Result Values
You can change the default name, and enter default values for any Figwee result or exercise. To edit the default values, click on the "pencil" button next to the My Results item you want to change. The Edit Result dialog will be displayed and you can then change the values as you wish. Whatever values you set will be the ones used when the My Results item is later added to the Results Log diary.
Using a My Results Item
You can add a My Results item to the Results Log view by one of three ways:
You can click on the result photo...
You can click on "plus" button for the My Results item...
Or you can click on the result photo and drag and drop it on the Results Log...
Grouping Items By Color
If you right-click on an item in the My Results list, a special context menu will appear. A group of choices on this menu allow you to set a tab color for the item. The meaning of the colors is up to you...this is simply a way for you to arbitrarily organize your list items. See below for how to sort the list by color.
Sorting the List
You can sort the My Results by right clicking on an item in the list view and choosing the sort order from the context menu. You can sort by the result item name or by your color assignments.
Printing the List
You can print the My Results list by clicking on the little printer button in the list view header. When you do, a new browser window will open with only the items from the list view displayed against a plain background. Your computer's standard print dialog will automatically be invoked.
