Overview
The Food Diary, Activity Log, and Results Log manage entries for a single day, or rather, one day at a time. By default, this is the current date, today. If you would like to review entries for a previous day, or make entries for a day in the future, you may, by simply changing the Figwee Diary Date.
One Diary Date for All of Figwee. The current Diary Date is always displayed at the very top center of Figwee. There is only one diary date in effect for all of Figwee at any given time. So, if you change the diary date while on the Food Diary page, that date will also be in effect when you move to the Activity or Results Logs.
Moving to the Next or Previous Day
Figwee makes it simple to move to either the next or previous calendar day. The left arrow button at the top center of Figwee will take you to the previous calendar day; the right arrow button will take you to the next calendar day.
Calling up the Calendar
Bring up the calendar by clicking on the date displayed at the top of the Figwee page or by clicking on the calendar button.
Using the Diary Date Calendar
The current date is outlined with a blue box. Click on any of the numbers to move to that date. Click on "<<" to go to the previous month. Click on ">>" to go to the next month. Click on "Today" to go to the current date. The calendar closes when you click on a date or when you click on "Today". You can close the calendar without changing the diary date by simply clicking anywhere on the Figwee page outside of the calendar itself.
Check the Date. It is important to make sure the date displayed at the top of Figwee is the one for which you wish to make entries. Making entries under a date different than you intended can cause the entries to seem to "disappear" when they are actually just recorded under another calendar day.
